REMINDER:

Permanent Framework for Delivery and Curbside Pick-up from Cannabis Retail Stores NOW IN EFFECT!

 

Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) cannabis licensees are reminded that the Government of Ontario has enabled cannabis retailers to offer delivery and curbside pick-up services on a permanent basis beginning TODAY: March 15, 2022.

Note: Ontario First Nations reserve band councils wishing to restrict delivery to their community can submit a band council resolution to the Registrar of the AGCO. For more information, see Decisions made by First Nations reserves to restrict cannabis delivery from authorized retail stores.

 

Helpful Resources

Licensees are required to comply with the Registrar’s Standards for Cannabis Retail Stores as well as applicable laws and regulations, including the Cannabis Control Act, 2017, the Cannabis Licence Act, 2018 and Ontario Regulation 468/18.
